This role requires you to reside in Ontario, Canada, with opportunities for travel across North America.
Currently this role is remote but will be linked to the Ontario office and may change to hybrid in the future.
As Vice President, you will:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Manage key client accounts, delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships.
Oversee research programs and data analysis.
Convert complex information into captivating stories with precision in report writing and presentations.
Present well-crafted findings to C-suite audiences.
Identify process improvements and champion company-wide initiatives.
Be present on-site with clients (primarily across the US and Canada) to ensure field operations align seamlessly with client expectations and needs.
Drive commercial growth by setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets, proactively expanding our client portfolio, and taking ownership for growing a robust book of business.
Inspire and support team members to achieve their goals. Develop and lead training initiatives to enhance our team's skills in research methods and strategies.
About You:
Explorer is looking for individuals that are highly skilled managing complex projects and making data actionable.
You will bring:
Substantial experience in market research (client and supplier side preferred).
Expertise in shopper research (e.g., packaging, store layouts, customer pathways).
Advanced analytics skills and the ability to turn data into actionable business solutions.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience delivering quantitative research studies (online and central location testing).
Based in Ontario, Canada (remote, with potential for hybrid in future).
